How Do I Become a Member?
1. Purchase a membership online or in-person
2. Sign all waivers, forms, and agreements online or in-person.   
3. Pick up your key-fob at the gym.  
    • After a membership is purchased and forms are signed, members will be issued a key-fob for 24/7 access.  The member must go to the gym and the key-fob will be assigned to the new member.  
    • The key-fob is an additional $10.00, which will be paid when the key-fob is issued.  The $10.00 will be reimbursed if the key-fob is returned if the membership is not renewed or is canceled.

How Do I Purchase A Membership Online? 
1. Click "Become a Member." You will be directed to the appropriate forms. 
2. Fill out the Membership Account Information.
3. Review and Sign the Membership Agreement and Waivers. 
4. Select your preferred plan (i.e. monthly, 3-month, 1-year).
5. Pay for your plan.

How Do I Purchase A Membership In-Person?
1. Go to Madison Fitness Center during normal staffed hours (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm). 
2. Fill out the Membership Registration Form. 
3. Review and sign the membership agreement. 
4. Pay for your membership and key-fob/access card.

I am looking for membership prices. How much does it cost to join?
Pricing will vary depending on the length of your membership., but ranges from $30-$50 monthly.  Yearly memberships are cheaper than monthly memberships.

What different contract lengths does Madison Fitness LLC offer? Can I pay on a month-by-month basis?
Madison Fitness offer weekly, monthly, 3-month, and 1-year memberships.

I have family or a significant other that would like to join the gym with me. Do you offer family or joint membership options?
Madison Fitness offers a significant other/family membership to individuals who live at the same address.

Do you offer student, senior, or military discounts?
We do! Our community is our priority and we are happy to offer student, senior and military discounts.  Some insurance carriers will reduce your health care premiums if you provide your gym log.

Key Fob Access Issue

I lost my key fob. What should I do?
If you’ve lost your key fob, contact Madison Fitness ASAP and they will help you purchase a replacement key, for a small fee.

I forgot my key fob at home. Can I still get into the gym?
Because our members’ safety is our main concern, we do not allow tailgating (members opening the door for other guests) for members who forget their key.  There are fines to ensure tailgating does not occur.  If you’ve lost your key, make sure to call Madison Fitness and a staff member will help you get a replacement key fob.

How do I get a replacement key and what is the cost?
If you need to replace a key fob, reach out directly to your home club as they will be able to update the key fob’s security access and help get you a replacement. The replacement cost is $10.00.

My current key fob is not working. What should I do?
We don't want you to be locked out!  Reach out to Madison Fitness ASAP and they can help figure out what’s going on. A defective access key could mean a number of things: billing problems, lockout or there could be an issue with the door.

Age Requirement

How old do you have to be to workout at Madison Fitness? Is there a minimum age to join?
The minimum age to join is 13 years old. However, all members under 18 years old will require consent and signature of their parents for the waivers, forms, and membership agreements.  Members age 13-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the gym.  Members age 16-17 are not permitted in the gym unsupervised by an adult after 5:00p.m.

Are Children Allowed Into The Gym?
 • Madison Fitness LLC is working on a partnership with several business that offer childcare.  Childcare may be available in the near future.  However, since supervision cannot be provided, no children are allowed in the gym at this time.  
 • Dancing Hearts Studio and Learning Center LLC is located on the 2nd floor of the Professional Building (the same building as Madison Fitness LLC). The business offers yoga classes, beginning dance classes, art workshops, tutoring, and more for all children and adults.  Members could work out at Madison Fitness while their kids are at the Dancing Hearts Studio and Learning Center.

Facilities and Classes

Are exercise classes or personal trainers available? 
Madison Fitness LLC plans to offer various classes and personal trainers in the near future.  Sign-ups for the classes and personal training will be available online.  Specialized nutrition and exercise plans will also be offered.

Are changing rooms and lockers available? 
 • Male and female changing rooms are available. 
 • Lockers are available to all members, but members must bring their own lock. If you don't have a lock, locks may be purchased at the gym.

What type of fitness equipment is available? 
Madison Fitness Center is a complete commercial fitness center. Check out the "Facility" tab for more detailed information.
